Overseas students

If you are interested in pursuing enrolment please forward a completed Application for Enrolment to the Registrar at:

There is no application fee attached to this.

Applications for Enrolment can be downloaded from the link below. The Application for Enrolment can be faxed to 61 2 6332 7390  but the original must then be mailed to the Registrar.

Applications for Enrolment must be accompanied by:

  • copies of recent academic reports,
  • a recent passport-sized photograph of the student
  • English test results if applicable (see below)
  • Copies of any ELICOS reports if the student is already studying at an English Language College in Australia
  • A copy of the information page from the student's passport showing their date of birth and country of citizenship.

Students currently attending English-speaking schools will be offered direct entry to ASC.

Students currently attending non-English-speaking schools:

At least 20 weeks of ELICOS prior to entry is required. This must be undertaken at an English language school in Australia. Our Registrar is happy to assist with finding a language school if needed.
The above requirement can be waived if the student sits an English language proficiency test (we prefer the AEAS test) and achieves a mark within the following band range:
Years 7-9: Intermediate (46-60) or an IELTS band score of 3.5 (Years 7-8) or 4.0 (Year 9).
Years 10-12: Upper Intermediate (61-70) or an IELTS band score of 5.0 (Year 10) or 5.5 (Years 11-12).

All Saints' College Bathurst provides ESL support for all international students. Intensive ESL tuition may also be available.

For students from the People's Republic of China who are 16 years old or over at the time of visa application the Australian Government requires:

A minimum score of 36 on the AEAS test or an IELTS band score of 4.0 if undertaking preliminary English tuition (maximum of 30 weeks) or a score greater than 61 on the AEAS test or an IELTS band score of 5.0 if they are not undertaking preliminary English language tuition.

Students should have a guardian in Australia who is:

  • Over 21 years of age
  • A blood relative of the student
  • Of good reputation
  • Committed to staying in Australia for the time the student will be studying here.

Upon receipt of your Application for Enrolment a Letter of Offer will be issued if there is a place available. This letter will outline the initial payment required to accept the offer of place. Once this payment has been received, our Registrar will issue a Confirmation of Enrolment and Under 18 Welfare letter, which is needed for the Student Visa application.
