• Year 6 Survival Camp

  The weather would have to turn cold, just as the Year 6 survival camp started. How would we survive in the cold and wet without a tent to shelter us or a fire to keep us warm? Well we did and I survived to tell the story.
  
  We made shelter using tarps, ropes and tent pegs, it kept us protected from the wind and the rain. We cooked our own meals, even Mr Jackman ate what we cooked and survived.
  
  We had many challenges that we had to complete during our two day camp that taught us to work together as a team and co-operate. I enjoyed the camp even though it was cold and wet and I felt our group worked well together.
