  • Full Stem Ahead

    15 November, 2017

Six of our staff were accepted into a fully funded STEM Academy Program run by the University of Sydney.

The program commenced last week with three fun-filled days of workshops and activities.

It continues over the next eight months, with the university providing mentoring, school visits, further workshops and support to help implement a STEM program in the Secondary School.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our teachers, but more importantly, it is our students that will benefit from the STEM units developed throughout the program.

The first set of activities will commence in Week 8 (Enrichment Week) for Years 7 & 8 with more being introduced in 2018.
