A temporary part time position teaching Stage 6 Geography is available in 2010. There may be an opportunity for a load greater than 0.4 FTE with some Stage 4and 5 Geography teaching.

Essential Criteria

Teachers of Senior Geography must have:

• Experience teaching Stage 6 Geography;
• A commitment to excellent student achievement;
• An ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel;
• A capacity to work independently;
• A commitment to the Christian ethos of the school; and,
• Exceptionally high levels of organisation.

Desirable Criteria

• A willingness to teach in additional areas if the opportunity arises;
• A sense of humour; and,
• Experience working with a database such as Denbigh.
