The tradition and vision of All Saints' College Bathurst is to be a Christian College in the Anglican tradition. Within the College structure, Christianity is expressed as an important and normal part of College life.

The Chaplain, Father Paul Woodhart, is Head of the Christian Studies Department. College chapel services are held each week with a significant student input. The Chaplain also conducts weekend chapel services for boarding students and is involved in their pastoral care.

From Pre-Kindergarten to Year 10, Christian Studies is included as a compulsory part of the College curriculum. Students in the Senior College begin with an overview of the Bible and Christian Faith, then look at the Old and New Testaments, Christian Foundations, the Arts and Christian Faith, and Comparative Religions.

There is a strong Crusader group which meets on Monday afternoons, and the students are encouraged to take part in church at 6.30pm each Sunday at All Saints' Cathedral.
